Who we are

What we collect
Order details (name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents), payment references (never full card numbers — those stay with our payment provider), and, with your consent, anonymous usage analytics.
Why (GDPR bases)
Performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for order data; legitimate interest for site security; consent for analytics cookies and marketing.
Payment data
Card and payment details are processed exclusively by Norpo under their own security and privacy terms; we receive only a payment reference and status.
Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. Analytics data is kept no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
