Terms of Sale
1. The contract
These terms govern every sale made through join-ct.com by Join.CT Europe (Hoofdstraat 16, 9501 CL Stadskanaal, The Netherlands). Your order becomes binding when we confirm it by email after payment.
2. Products
All fragrances and ancillary products are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised suppliers. Images are illustrative; the delivered item is the manufacturer's current packaging.
3. Prices & taxes
You may choose EUR or USD. The exact checkout total is charged in the selected currency and retained on your order, confirmation and invoice. The checkout amount is not a guarantee of total landed cost. Shipping is complimentary. Outside the EU, import duties, taxes and clearance fees are not included in the checkout charge. Where duties apply, they are confirmed with you and approved before dispatch — no customs charges are added after payment without your approval. Final amounts are determined by the carrier or customs authority, which may also request documents.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Norpo. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are captured at order. Your banking details never reach our servers.
5. Delivery
Your selection, delivered with care. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day after payment and any required checks, in protective, discreet packaging. Delivery is complimentary, tracked and insured to supported destinations. Dispatch and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Full delivery terms are set out on our Shipping page.
6. Withdrawal & returns
Consumers may request withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions and statutory exceptions on our Returns page. Change-of-mind return postage is normally paid by the customer; faulty or incorrect goods are handled separately, without limiting statutory rights.
7. Warranty & authenticity guarantee
Every product is covered by our authenticity guarantee and by statutory conformity rights. Products found not to be authentic are refunded in full, including return shipping.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, except where the law provides otherwise.
9. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of our registered office, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
